Join the Team

At Bliss Integrated Communication, our people are our biggest assets. People who come from different career backgrounds. People who like to “get nerdy” and dive deep into client work. People who enjoy working in a collaborative atmosphere.

As a member of Bliss, you can expect a mutual respect and kindness among employees, and people that are motivated by team success instead of individual accolades. That spirit permeates across all title levels—especially senior management, whose doors are always open.

We work hard, are relentlessly client-centric and strive for excellence: excellent client insights, excellent teamwork and excellent service delivery. And that excellence is recognized with awards for those who best exemplify the three pillars of our company, our weekly “Beer Friday” tradition where everyone toasts a drink at week’s end, and out-of-the-office activities scheduled by our Social Squad.

Quite simply, you get out what you put in at Bliss. We’re committed to providing a supportive, merit-based environment in which all of our employees have an opportunity to show their skills and smarts. We cherish ideas and outside-the-box perspectives. And we love seeing people own their career paths and grow within the firm.
