Senior Account Executive
The Above And Beyond Award
In memory of our former Bliss colleague, who passed away in 2006, this special award is gen to the individual who goes “above and beyond” for their clients, team members, colleagues and friends.
Reed is responsible for developing and implementing PR, inbound marketing, media relations and social media strategies for Bliss’ clients in the financial services practice. Her interest in creating business development solutions, growth strategies and marketing programs particularly in the FinTech arena grew out of her experience in marketplace lending, impact and alternative asset investing.
Before joining Bliss, Reed served as head of communications and operations for Pave.com, a peer-to-peer start-up aimed at democratizing access to capital for Millennials. At Pave, Reed developed and executed PR, content and field marketing strategies to raise awareness of the company’s mission both locally and nationally, resulting in organic user growth and a vibrant online community of investors and borrowers.
Reed graduated from Vassar College with a B.A. in Art History and began her career at Matthew Marks Gallery where she sold artwork to institutions and high-net-worth individuals, managed exhibitions and oversaw marketing initiatives for select artists on the gallery’s roster.
When she’s not working, you will undoubtedly find Reed gardening in Brooklyn, weaving in Wisconsin, or honing some other kind of useful retirement skill in Florida.
