Elizabeth is part of a three-person management team responsible for the company’s overall operations and strategic direction. She also oversees large professional and financial services accounts. Elizabeth directs the firm’s digital activities, helping clients and colleagues assess and maximize audience engagement via evolving communications tools.
Elizabeth creates and implements integrated marketing programs, including content marketing strategies, blogger outreach, influencer engagement, SEO benchmarking and social network analytics. She is a well known voice on B2B social media issues and frequently addresses business audiences about the evolving world of digital marketing. She has been named a “B2B Social Media Thinker,” “100 People to Watch in PR” and runner-up “B2B Twitterer of the Year.” Elizabeth led the creation of and oversees our award-winning company blog, “B2B Bliss.” Her own guest blog posts have appeared in Convince and Convert, PR Daily, Content Marketing Institute and Communications Conversations, among many others.
She has worked for our firm for over 20 years, including stints as Chief Media Trainer and Human Resources leader. Elizabeth has been part of the management team since 1996. Previously, she served as Director of Public Relations for the Museum of Holography. She has a B.A. in English Literature from Denison University.
Elizabeth currently serves as Chair of the Digital Practice for Worldcom’s Global Board of Directors and previously held that position for the Americas region Board of Directors.
In her free time, she specializes in juggling sports equipment for her three sons, keeping up with her husband’s demand for her famous ribs dish and indulging her long standing addiction to Jane Austen novels.
